• ü Demonstrate previous SEMH or mentoring experience
• ü Communicate effectively with parents, carers, children, agencies and staff
• ü Remain calm, positive and empathetic under pressure
• ü Enjoy a busy but happy working environment
• ü Work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
• ü Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
• ü Be reliable
• ü Use initiative to support the Pastoral Team and Senior Leadership Team
