Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

• A Bachelor’s degree along with QTS and PGCE
• For specialist teachers, the bachelor's degree must be in a directly relevant field (for example, an English teacher should hold a degree related to English)
• The ability to teach across KS3-5, including IB and A Level, is essential
• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is preferred
