Sun West School Division is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Vice-Principal at Lucky Lake School in Lucky Lake, SK, beginning in the 2026/27 academic year. This leadership role is essential to our educational team, offering pivotal guidance within our academic community. Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Master's degree or are currently pursuing graduate studies. The projected student enrollment at Lucky Lake School for the upcoming school year is 138. The specific teaching responsibilities will be established in partnership with the principal and superintendent.
We are in search of an instructional leader who can: inspire and incorporate the PeBL philosophy throughout the school community; guide the entire school community towards a unified vision of teaching and learning excellence; prioritize student success; exemplify strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities; employ a collaborative decision-making approach; maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff; create and sustain a safe and organized learning environment; enhance the positive reputation of the school and Sun West School Division; collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to set clear goals and objectives; foster connections with the community; showcase exceptional organizational skills; and possess a solid understanding of computer technology.
