About you

As a member of the Primary team, you will be tasked with designing and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge your students. You will uphold high standards and expectations in every aspect of your role.

To qualify for this position, you should:


Possess a solid bachelor's degree and PGCE qualification from a respected UK university.


Have experience teaching the English National Curriculum.


Demonstrate prior leadership experience, particularly in team settings.

Specific Responsibilities:


Full-time classroom role with additional PPA time to fulfill TLR responsibilities.


Collaborate with the wider leadership team to ensure consistent implementation of agreed policies and practices.


Lead year group planning to guarantee comprehensive coverage, progression, and a variety of learning experiences across the year group (6 classes).


Act as a coach/mentor to assist with planning and assessment within the year group.


Oversee the coordination of pastoral care for students in the year group.


Foster effective relationships with parents by facilitating workshops focused on learning and celebrating student achievements.


Plan and promote enrichment opportunities within the year group.


Recognize and celebrate both individual and collective successes within the year group to enhance well-being.
