This selective co-educational day school serves students aged 3 to 18 and implements the IB programme across all year levels. Situated within the prestigious Sobha Hartland Development, the school is conveniently located near the Burj Khalifa and the vibrant ‘Downtown’ area of Dubai, featuring state-of-the-art facilities.
NLCS Dubai invites applications from qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join the Economics department. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly dedicated professional with exceptional language and literary abilities. The role will include teaching Economics at the IBDP level and guiding students in their university preparations in this highly sought-after subject.
The ideal candidate will integrate the values of the IB Learner Profile and core academic skills such as research and inquiry into the curriculum. A strong ability to convey profound knowledge and enthusiasm for Economics is essential.
Experience with the IB Middle Years and/or the IB Diploma is beneficial, but the primary focus is on the ability to inspire and motivate students while leading colleagues to ensure that academic offerings remain at an exceptional standard.
All staff members are expected to engage in pastoral care within the School community, typically serving as form tutors or co-tutors, and to actively contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities.
