Requirements and Experience:

Essential


• Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential

• Demonstrate strong subject expertise and a passion for sharing knowledge with students

• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses

• A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience is preferred, though we welcome applications from new teachers aspiring for excellence

• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results

• Exhibit a collaborative spirit and effective communication skills

• Show evidence of commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this role

• Bring innovative ideas to enhance the department's visibility within the school

• Possess ICT skills that illustrate the role of technology in modern classrooms

• Commitment to the extra-curricular program

• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance

• An innovative, creative, and positive approach

Desirable


• Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds
