KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Engaging Lessons – Design and execute challenging and inspiring lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring all students achieve their potential.

Support and Assess Student Progress – Employ innovative teaching methods and ongoing assessments to enhance student learning, providing insightful feedback.

Create a Positive Learning Environment – Cultivate a classroom atmosphere where students feel secure to explore, take risks, and strive for excellence.
•
Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Work in partnership with colleagues throughout the school, contributing to curriculum enhancement and professional development.
•
Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Actively engage in BSA’s extracurricular activities, from academic contests to creative clubs and athletic programs.
•
Engage with the School Community – Forge strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We seek an exceptional educator who exemplifies our values of creativity, respect, responsibility, and pride. The ideal candidate will possess:

A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
•
Experience in education, particularly in KS3 to 5
•
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
•
A proven track record of student achievement in international education
•
A passion for inquiry-based, student-centered teaching
•
Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical methods and assessment techniques
•
A commitment to holistic education, promoting creativity, confidence, and accountability
•
Strong communication and teamwork abilities in an international school environment
