KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Deliver Engaging Lessons – Design and execute challenging and inspiring lessons following the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring that all students thrive.


Support and Assess Student Progress – Employ innovative teaching methods and regular evaluations to direct student learning, offering constructive feedback.


Create a Positive Learning Environment – Cultivate a classroom atmosphere where students feel secure to explore, take risks, and achieve their maximum potential.


Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Partner with colleagues throughout the school to contribute to curriculum development and professional advancement.


Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Actively engage in BSA’s co-curricular initiatives, from academic challenges to creative clubs and sports.


Engage with the School Community – Establish strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring each child feels appreciated and supported.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of an exceptional educator who embodies our values of creativity, respect, responsibility, and pride. The ideal applicant will possess:


A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)


Experience in education, particularly in KS3 to 5


A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school


A proven record of student success in international education


A passion for inquiry-based, student-centered learning


Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical methods and assessment techniques


A dedication to holistic education, promoting creativity, confidence, and responsibility


Strong communication and teamwork abilities in an international school environment
