This role is essential in assisting the Principal with the oversight of daily school functions, enhancing teaching practices, and fostering a positive culture within our elementary/primary education framework.
Key responsibilities entail supporting the implementation of the curriculum in accordance with U.S. standards, managing staff development, ensuring the welfare and discipline of students, engaging with parents and the community, and participating in strategic planning aimed at ongoing improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; advanced degrees or certifications in educational leadership are advantageous
- At least 5 years of teaching or administrative experience in an elementary/primary educational environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the United States curriculum framework
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of effective team management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in utilizing data to inform decisions that enhance student performance
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
