We are in search of an inspiring leader with a minimum of 4 years of experience to elevate the Science Faculty.

In this role, you will:

· Guide colleagues in enhancing teaching practices and delivering high-quality instruction, providing tailored feedback, and fostering professional development.

· Cultivate a culture of collaboration within the department and across the school.

· Strategically oversee the curriculum's development, ensuring refinements are both feasible and impactful in enhancing students' knowledge, skills, and conceptual understanding.

· Facilitate successful outcomes for students within the faculty through effective assessment and interventions, both inside and outside the classroom.

Additionally, we are looking for an exceptional practitioner who:

· Has relevant experience teaching up to KS5 / A Level (Chemistry/Physics/Biology).

· Is a reflective practitioner dedicated to professional growth and development.

· Has engaged with current research and demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based pedagogical methods that challenge and extend learning for all students.

· Possesses a strong understanding and interest in strategies to support EAL learners.

· Is committed to providing extra-curricular activities and opportunities for extended learning outside the classroom.
