The role
We are looking for a part-time Physical Health Education Teacher (FTE 0.8) to fill a temporary position. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate an engaging and stimulating learning atmosphere that encourages students to enhance their physical skills, personal well-being, and understanding of healthy living. By employing active lessons and positive reinforcement, you will motivate students to take charge of their physical development and work collaboratively with their peers.

As a member of a supportive and enthusiastic team, you will play a crucial role in the broader school community and collaborate closely with colleagues to implement the Physical Health Education curriculum aligned with our educational philosophy. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a student-centered focus, and a dedication to fostering lifelong healthy habits.

• A temporary replacement position commencing in November 2025;

• Salary is determined within scale LB (minimum € 3.301,- maximum € 5.277,-) as per the collective agreement for secondary education (CAO VO);

• A relevant degree, eligibility to work in the EU, and a DUO recognized teaching qualification;

• The ability to work alongside colleagues from different Humanities disciplines;

• Proficiency in utilizing differentiation to support students with a range of abilities in the classroom.
