As a Key Stage Leader, you will join the Primary Senior Leadership Team, taking charge of teaching and learning as well as the daily operations of the school. You will lead and manage a team of middle leaders, teachers, and teaching assistants, coordinate timetables, and ensure the smooth functioning of everyday systems. Additionally, the Key Stage Leader will be responsible for monitoring and tracking student progress, assisting the DSL and Pastoral Leader with student wellbeing initiatives, providing support for teachers' professional development, and contributing to the school's promotion while staying updated on contemporary educational research.

Candidates applying for this role should:
•
possess a PGCE, BEd, and QTS or an equivalent qualification;
•
ideally have at least 7 years of teaching experience, including leadership roles.
•
be an organized, dependable, and enthusiastic person capable of reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating the school as part of the accreditation process.
•
have an understanding of and experience in teaching students who are English Language Learners.
•
be prepared to engage with the wider school community by participating in extra-curricular activities.
•
demonstrate proficiency in utilizing learning technologies in the classroom.
•
familiarity with the Talk for Writing model would be advantageous.
