About This Role

We are seeking a devoted Year 1 Teacher to join our team. Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field

• Valid teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent

• At least 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1

• Strong understanding of early literacy development, including phonics, reading, and writing

• Comprehensive knowledge of early numeracy development

• Experience in implementing a British or international primary curriculum

• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities

• Skill in balancing structured lessons with inquiry, play, and exploration

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Experience in supporting diverse learners, including EAL students
