About This Role
We are looking for candidates who:
- have an exceptional knowledge and understanding of what constitutes excellent quality of teaching and learning
- are excellent classroom practitioners and can support others to improve
- recognise the importance of assessment in driving outcomes for our children
- have effectively led school improvement
- have a proven track record of effective monitoring and evaluation, providing high quality feedback to support the development of others
- will actively contribute to the continued development of our dedicated and professional staff team
- demonstrate strong career aspirations with an appetite for working in an exciting learning environment
- have proven experience across KS1 and KS2
- have an in-depth knowledge of the Ofsted framework
- use educational research and evidence-informed approaches in their practice
- have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- have a strong knowledge and understanding of leading in a church school
- have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrate integrity, resilience, passion and a determination to make a difference to the lives of all children.
