CLEANING OPERATIVE - QUEST (A Church of England Schools Trust)
QUEST Academy Trust is a successful and vibrant organisation that provides a caring and thoughtful quality of education across our family of schools within the Northwest region. The Trust was established in 2014 and since then we have improved the 5 schools which are all ‘Good’. We also have our Nursery settings with before and after school club provisions and the University Collegiate School, Bolton comprising of Secondary and Sixth Form education.
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Operatives (various roles) to work at the University Collegiate School, Bolton, BL3 5AG.
In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking cleaning duties of classrooms and allocated areas under the direction of Senior Premises staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning classrooms, offices, and other designated areas to a high standard.
- Replenishing general supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Premises/Site Manager.
- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Understand COSHH
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaning operative would be advantageous
- Ability to work at pace, independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
