Never complacent, we are now on our next stage of development and seek high-quality staff to enable this.
All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and committed leader who:
- Can quickly become influential in raising achievement within our Maths Faculty.
- Has a strong belief that all students can fulfil their potential, regardless of ability or background.
- Possesses the personal qualities to inspire, motivate, support and appropriately challenge colleagues and students.
- Will work closely with the Head of Maths to ensure the continued development and smooth running of the Faculty.
- Is keen to take a leading role in the ongoing development of our continually improving Key Stage 3 provision.
- We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to the continuous improvement of their own practice, regardless of career stage, job role or position.
Staff at Murray Park School benefit from:
- Flexible working for all staff.
- Senior Leadership Team who prioritise staff well-being and consider this when launching any new systems or pedagogical approaches.
- A robust and centralised behaviour system, including an internal Alternative Provision, to ensure learning in our classrooms is disruption free.
- A whole-school CPD package which includes the sharing of recent research and best-practice.
