We are looking to recruit a dedicated and highly skilled Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENCO) to oversee our team of six Special Educational Needs Teachers. This role requires excellent organizational and delegation abilities.
Our institution offers a robust learning support program for students across both primary and secondary levels. The SEND team collaborates closely with:
- 3 Remedial Reading teachers
- 3 Maths Intervention Teachers
- 6 English Additional Language (EAL) teachers
- 3 Counsellors
Candidates should be familiar with, or able to effectively operate within, a British Curriculum framework, and must be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment. A minimum of three years of teaching experience and qualified teacher status (QTS) are prerequisites for this position.
