Science Technician (Chemistry Specialist)
About This Role
We are looking for a Science Technician (Chemistry Specialist) to join our team!
This is a permanent contract, working 33.75 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days). The working days and hours will be agreed with the successful candidate. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a team of specialist Science Teachers who have a passion for the subject and place a strong emphasis on the practical aspects of their subject. You will also be part of a wider team of technical staff, consisting of a three Technicians, and joining a very supportive and dedicated wider group of staff. Everyone within the Science department contributes towards a safe and efficient learning environment. Within the department, there are also opportunities to get involved and support with extra-curricular activities, including events for British Science Week. The science team also meet regularly over tea and cake to test out their baking skills!
