Primary Teacher
About This Role
We are on the lookout for an energetic and forward-thinking Primary Teacher to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree and possess an internationally recognized teaching qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum is essential, along with the ability to instruct all primary subjects, including English, Maths, and Science. Familiarity with Talk for Writing and White Rose Maths is preferred, while knowledge and experience with the International Primary Curriculum would be an asset.
There may be opportunities for experienced candidates to take on subject coordinator roles.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with a Teaching Qualification such as CIATL, CICTL, PGCE, or an equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an international school setting is necessary for this role.
- Experience with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) is preferred.
- Applicants should be enthusiastic, creative, and capable of planning and delivering high-quality lessons aimed at enhancing student learning.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of international teaching pedagogies, methodologies, and strategies.
- The ability to teach all subjects, including English, Maths, and Science at the Primary level is essential. Familiarity with Talk for Writing and White Rose Maths is preferred.
