About You
•
You are a qualified librarian or possess equivalent experience in library management.
•
You demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities.
•
You have a solid understanding of children's and young adult literature, including culturally relevant materials.
•
You bring experience working with students in an academic environment.
•
You possess the capability to lead and motivate student volunteers.
