Salary: GLC Point 10 £25,549 - P16 £28,324 FTE [Actual pro rata Salary £18,507 - £20,517]

Working Pattern: 31.25/ Term time only

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

The Gateway Primary Free School is part of the Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership between one secondary and four primary schools located within Tilbury and Chadwell in the borough of Thurrock to the east of London. We are seeking a passionate, patient, and dedicated SEMH Support Specialist to support pupils with identified Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Working under the guidance of the Class Teacher and SENDCo, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.


You will focus on removing barriers to learning, supporting emotional regulation, facilitating small-group or 1:1 interventions, and assisting pupils in developing life skills, resilience, and positive behaviours.
