Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement stimulating, inquiry-based lessons that ignite curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning.
• Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that recognizes individual strengths and accommodates diverse learning styles.
• Tailor teaching methods to address the varied needs of all students, including those who are EAL, gifted, or in need of additional assistance.
• Incorporate technology and innovative strategies to enhance student learning and participation.
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress effectively, utilizing data to guide instruction and personalized support.
• Collaborate with peers to create and refine curriculum plans, resources, and assessments that align with the IB framework.
• Participate in the broader school community through co-curricular activities, events, and initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and the larger school community to promote student development and wellbeing.
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflection to improve teaching practices.
• Uphold the GEMS values and the IB Learner Profile in every aspect of school life.
