Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering timely interventions and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow department heads and school leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
Candidates must:

- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree along with PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification.
- Have demonstrable experience teaching English at the A level.
- Be able to share outstanding teaching practices.
- Exhibit a creative and enthusiastic attitude both inside and outside the classroom.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Have a proven history of delivering exceptional learning and teaching experiences.
