Are trained in teaching Read, Write, Inc phonics is desirable, to assist the delivery of daily systematic phonics teaching
Open to new ideas and work alongside others to plan and deliver a bespoke Early Years curriculum
Have high expectations of all pupils and ensure all pupils achieve
Are reflective and forward thinking, always striving to develop your own skills and knowledge to ensure the quality of Early Years Education is of the very best standard
