About This Role
Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is looking to hire a skilled **Classroom Coach** to begin in August 2025. The right candidate will assist the Teacher in delivering an exceptional educational experience for students by supporting classroom management and student oversight.

**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor’s degree at minimum
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their success
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure during busy periods

- Collaborating with relevant teachers to support all aspects of the daily operations of the school
- Aiding teachers with lesson preparation by organizing resources and setting up necessary equipment
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Professionally communicating with parents when necessary
