BIST has an opening for the following role. Due to the expansion of our institution, we are seeking a qualified Biology / Science Teacher for the position starting in August 2026. This role entails teaching iGCSE and A Level Biology (or equivalent), in addition to general Science across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Our students and faculty are dedicated to engaging with the broader community through extensive BIST community programs. All teachers actively participate in cross-curricular days and weeks, our varied extra-curricular initiatives, and the PSHE program. Secondary educators will be expected to teach their subject up to A Level and to prepare students for admission to prestigious universities.
Ideal candidates will possess recent UK/international teaching experience, demonstrate high motivation, be well-organized, and hold UK qualifications (or equivalent internationally recognized credentials). Familiarity with the benefits and challenges of residing in a rapidly developing nation is advantageous.
