RAK Academy - Al Hamra
Situated in the southern part of Ras Al Khaimah within the Al Hamra community, RAK Academy – Al Hamra is an expanding primary and lower secondary institution that implements an adapted UK National Curriculum from Pre-K to Grade 8, along with the UAE MOE subjects. Our brand-new secondary school for Grades 6 to 8 will welcome its first students in August 2026. We are accredited by the British Schools Overseas (BSO), aligning our standards with leading international British schools, and we are fully equipped to deliver the ECT induction to teachers.
The Role:
RAK Academy Al Hamra Secondary is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and inspiring Cover Assistant to join our team.
Essential:
•
Fluency in English is necessary.
•
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children.
•
Familiarity with the iSAMs Management Information System.
•
A proactive and adaptable mindset.
•
A strong commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
•
Prior experience working with children.
•
Bachelor's degree or High School Certification.
Desirable:
•
Experience with Google Suite applications, such as Google Classroom, will be an advantage.
