About This Role

Job Title

To oversee the management of student information, assessment frameworks, and the execution of both internal and external examinations, ensuring accuracy, adherence to regulations, and timely reporting.

Job Responsibilities


Data Management


Direct the collection, analysis, and dissemination of student performance data throughout the school.


Administer the school's Management Information System (MIS) while ensuring precise upkeep of student records.


Generate data reports that aid senior leadership in decision-making processes.


Assist in monitoring progress, achievement, and establishing targets.


Guarantee compliance with data protection regulations as outlined by UAE law.


Examinations Management


Organize all internal and external examinations.


Collaborate with UK examination boards (such as Pearson Edexcel, Cambridge, AQA, etc.).


Ensure full compliance at all times.


Manage examination entries, scheduling, supervision arrangements, and results processing.


Supervise the secure storage and handling of examination materials.


Deliver training and support to invigilators and staff members.


Compliance & Reporting


Assist in maintaining inspection readiness (KHDA/DSIB) through accurate academic data.


Compile performance and achievement reports for leadership and governance purposes.


Uphold strict confidentiality and integrity of data consistently.


Contribute information for the School Evaluation Form (SEF).

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.


Demonstrable experience in data management and examinations within a British curriculum environment.


Extensive knowledge of MIS systems and data analysis techniques.


Understanding of UK exam board procedures and compliance requirements.


Exceptional accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.


Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.


Experience as a classroom or subject teacher is a plus.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
