About This Role

We are looking for a remarkable Academic Support Specialist to become part of the thriving team at Institut auf dem Rosenberg, recognized as one of the premier boarding schools globally. This position entails teaching across all grades (K–12), motivating high-achieving international learners at every level. Familiarity and confidence in mathematics and English as an Additional Language (EAL) are advantageous.

We are particularly eager to connect with candidates who:


utilize contemporary teaching methodologies and demonstrate a solid history of achieving excellent academic outcomes, effective classroom management, and differentiation within the classroom.


have a successful history of instructing students of varying ages and effectively differentiating instruction.


are experienced in working with students both in group settings and one-on-one to address a wide array of learning needs.


possess a strong understanding and practical application of blended learning strategies, as well as theoretical insights into diverse student requirements.


are open to developing and executing the Rosenberg International Curriculum.


are enthusiastic about actively participating in the extensive Talent & Enrichment programme at Institut auf dem Rosenberg.


have the capability to lead projects and work autonomously.

Requirements - ideal candidates will possess:


an appropriate degree along with a PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification.


a minimum of two years of teaching experience.


strong mathematical skills and the ability to support students in their academic studies.


the proficiency to assist students in enhancing their vocabulary and written English abilities.


experience working in an international environment with diverse cultures and backgrounds.


a commitment to the continuous growth and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and alignment with the school’s values and ethos.
