Job Responsibilities
Curriculum & Learning
· Guide the implementation of the EYFS framework to ensure it caters to the diverse needs of all learners.
· Assess planning, evaluation, and learning environments to guarantee they are engaging, inclusive, and suitable for developmental stages.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
· Actively engage in staff meetings, CPD sessions, school activities, and co-curricular programs.
· Work in partnership with year groups and subject teams to maintain curriculum coherence.
· Organize CPD opportunities focused on early childhood education.
· Help cultivate a positive and inclusive school culture.
Partnership with Parents
· Involve parents as key partners in their child's educational journey through effective communication, workshops, and regular updates.
· Lead or participate in EYFS events, assemblies, and learning exhibitions.
Bachelor’s degree in education.
Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education with QTS.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience within the British Curriculum in a comparable role.
