Key Stage 2 Teacher
Capital School Bahrain – British Curriculum International School

Capital School Bahrain is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our expanding Primary team.

This position presents a wonderful opportunity for a qualified educator with a comprehensive understanding of the English National Curriculum to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and high-expectation educational environment, effectively preparing students for their transition to secondary education.

Key Responsibilities include:


Providing exceptional teaching and learning experiences throughout Key Stage 2


Creating well-structured lesson plans in accordance with the English National Curriculum


Fostering strong pupil progress and achievement across all subjects


Utilizing assessments effectively to guide teaching strategies and targeted interventions


Encouraging positive behavior, independence, and maintaining high expectations


Collaborating with fellow staff, parents, and the broader school community

The ideal candidate will possess:


Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


Experience in teaching Key Stage 2


A solid understanding of the English National Curriculum and age-related benchmarks


Strong skills in classroom management and organization


A dedication to inclusive practices, safeguarding, and the well-being of students


Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
