About This Role

Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking passionate and skilled English Teachers to join our dynamic, high-achieving team starting in August 2026.

As a Secondary English Teacher at our international British curriculum school, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, covering both GCSE and A-Level English. Your goal will be to motivate students through engaging lessons, improve literacy skills, and create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for English Teachers who can:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with British curriculum standards, capable of teaching English up to at least GCSE level.
  • Demonstrate strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills through innovative and effective teaching strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of formative and summative assessment techniques to monitor, track, and enhance student progress.
  • Participate in curriculum planning, departmental development, and the creation of high-quality teaching resources.
  • Promote the academic and pastoral welfare of students, supporting the school’s values, routines, and high expectations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through clear communication regarding student progress, achievements, and future directions.
  • Actively engage in school events, professional development, and broader school initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
