Our Ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for Art and Design Technology and the ability to inspire creativity and a love of learning in students.
- Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
- High expectations for student achievement, behaviour and personal development.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
