Key Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate student progress, offering timely intervention and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow department heads and school leadership to create a unified educational experience.

Skills
Ideal candidates will need to:
- Exemplify and model our core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed.
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with a PGCE/PGDE or its equivalent.
- Have a demonstrated background in teaching.
- Share exemplary teaching practices.
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm, both in and out of the classroom.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
