About This Role

Inherited from 450 years of educational excellence at Harrow School in the UK, Asia International School Limited (AISL) boasts over 20 years of experience in the field. Our journey began with the establishment of international schools in Bangkok in 1998, followed by Beijing in 2005, Hong Kong in 2012, and Shanghai in 2016.

Harrow International School (HIS) and Harrow LiDe School Haikou represent a significant initiative for the Hainan government, aimed at turning Haikou into an international education hub. Harrow Haikou is the first globally recognized educational brand in the province and will redefine high-quality education throughout the region.

Strategically positioned in the Jiangdong District, nestled between Jiangdong Avenue to the north and Linhai Third Road to the south, Harrow Haikou offers K-12 international and bilingual education for both local and foreign day and boarding students. Both institutions opened their doors in September 2020.

We are on the lookout for exceptional staff to commence roles in August 2025. Successful candidates will receive two-year renewable contracts featuring highly competitive employment terms and excellent working conditions.

We invite applications from professionals in the UK state and independent sectors, as well as those with international experience. There may also be opportunities to engage with our boarding students.
