Director of Residential Program

We are looking for a dedicated teacher with a strong background in pastoral care and residential life to help build a comprehensive philosophy, framework, recruitment strategy, and the execution of an exceptional residential program. This position, set to begin in the 2026-27 academic year, will require the selected candidate to enhance the residential program while also fulfilling their full-time teaching duties.
