About This Role

FTE: Full-time
Term of Employment: Continuing - Commencing August 27, 2026
Salary and Benefits: As per the provincial salary grid (www.stf.sk.ca), along with a benefits package that features subsidized, furnished housing and a Northern living allowance. Relocation assistance may also be provided.

Qualifications:
- Saskatchewan Professional A Teacher’s Certificate (or proof of eligibility)
- Knowledge and experience in implementing best practices related to instruction, curriculum, environment, and assessment
- Understanding of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit languages, histories, and cultures
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and to work independently

The Preferred Candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of and experience with Northern issues
- A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
- At least five years of successful administrative experience across elementary, middle, and secondary levels
- Graduate-level academic training in school administration
- Strong skills in instructional leadership, organization, interpersonal communication, and overall communication
- A solid commitment to the principles of school plus/community schools and the concept of safe schools
