January - June 2026

At Crofton House School, we empower girls to recognize and strive for their individual excellence from their initial day of junior kindergarten through to grade 12 and beyond. With a firm belief in the significance of all-girls education, Crofton House School nurtures a robust sense of community among educators, staff, students, and families. It presents an outstanding chance to develop vital skills and experiences that will facilitate long-term career success.

The ideal candidate will be welcomed into a lively, innovative school community dedicated to personal excellence, holistic child development, and overall wellness. You will have the opportunity to teach in an engaging kindergarten play-based program, in primary classrooms that emphasize emergent reading, writing, and numeracy, in project-based learning contexts, or within an inquiry-driven intermediate program supported by personal iPads. Additionally, you will engage with a distinct middle school curriculum tailored to the unique development of preadolescent girls as they prepare for high school. This role is particularly suited for educators in the early stages of their careers.

● Supervise students during non-instructional periods
● Participate in co-curricular activities and clubs each term, including choir, debating, cooking, public speaking, coding, and musical theatre
● Involve yourself in field trips, outdoor education, service projects, leadership development, and athletics

Requirements/Qualifications:
● B.C. Ministry of Education Certificate or Independent School Certification
