THE ROLE

Our Primary department has significantly improved student results and fostered a passion for learning at GEMS World Academy. This success stems from the commitment of our staff, their exceptional subject expertise, and the department’s innovative approach to data usage and curriculum development. At least 3 years of experience as a School Counsellor, preferably in an IB curriculum setting, though this is not a strict requirement.

Availability starting August 2026.

The experience, character, and educational philosophy to further advance the educational agenda at this flagship GEMS IB World School, serving students from over 100 different countries.

The capability to deliver exceptional teaching and learning.

A desire to work in a world-class institution offering substantial opportunities for career growth and advancement.
