About This Role
Our bilingual Phorms School Frankfurt operates across two sites in the Frankfurt metropolitan region, providing education from nursery through secondary school. Located in the scenic surroundings of nature, our family-friendly Phorms Taunus Campus in Steinbach offers approximately 700 children and young individuals the opportunity to immerse themselves in German-English language learning, starting from nursery age. The Phorms Frankfurt Taunus Campus is distinguished by its diverse and international community. Our dedicated pedagogical team in the nursery, primary school with reception, and secondary school is committed to nurturing students into independent, open-minded, and globally aware individuals.
As part of the Phorms Education SE network, our institution has been enhancing the educational landscape in Germany since 2006.
We are currently seeking a
Teacher
(full-time)
for our Primary School in Steinbach (Taunus), set to begin in the school year 2026/2027.

Your Responsibilities
•
Crafting engaging and diverse lessons that inspire students about the curriculum
•
Fostering a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning atmosphere in the classroom
•
Evaluating students’ work, including the preparation and grading of assignments and report card evaluations
•
Implementing differentiated teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs and interests of students
•
Organizing, conducting, and following up on parent-teacher conferences and meetings
•
Actively participating in school events and conferences
•
Engaging in departmental meetings
Your Profile
•
Qualified primary teacher with a degree in education, primary education, or a comparable qualification leading to teacher certification
•
Experience in employing differentiated teaching methods that promote independent learning
•
A keen interest in developing and implementing innovative pedagogical concepts that focus on the individualized growth of students
•
Enthusiastic and passionate about our educational philosophy
•
A role model for students, with a genuine enjoyment of teaching in a primary setting
