About This Role
Job Purpose:
Provide exceptional math instruction to students by creating and executing lessons that align with the curriculum, while also cultivating a supportive learning atmosphere.
Main Duties:

Instruct math courses as assigned, covering topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and calculus.

Conduct dynamic lessons that encourage active participation and comprehension of mathematical concepts, utilizing diverse teaching techniques (e.g., hands-on activities, technology integration, collaborative projects).

Adhere to the designated math curriculum, ensuring that lessons comply with both national and state educational standards.

Modify lessons as necessary based on student development and learning requirements, ensuring that all learners can achieve course goals.

Create and implement regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and comprehension.

Offer prompt, constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments, helping students to enhance their skills.

Tailor instruction to accommodate a broad spectrum of learners, including those who may need additional support as well as those seeking more advanced material.
