About This Role
Job Purpose:
Provide exceptional instruction in the field of Physics. The educator will establish a stimulating, inquiry-driven learning atmosphere that nurtures student curiosity, fosters critical thinking, and applies scientific principles through hands-on experiments, research, and practical problem-solving.
Main Duties
•
Instruct students in Physics, adhering to the approved curriculum and educational standards.

Design and deliver captivating lessons that encourage inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and scientific discovery.

Modify teaching techniques and resources to support various learning styles and abilities, ensuring an inclusive educational setting.
•
Motivate students to pose questions, formulate hypotheses, carry out experiments, and analyze data, fostering a practical approach to learning.

Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, field excursions, and demonstrations that enable students to implement scientific principles in real-world scenarios.
•
Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that sparks curiosity and enhances students' investigative and problem-solving capabilities.

Create and implement formative and summative assessments to gauge student comprehension and proficiency in Physics.
•
Deliver timely and constructive feedback on assignments, experiments, and assessments to aid students in improving and mastering scientific concepts.

Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods based on assessment results to cater to individual learning needs.
•
Tailor instruction for a diverse range of learners, including those who need extra support and those who are ready for advanced challenges.
