Job Purpose

The MYP Coordinator serves as a vital member of the secondary team, tasked with enhancing teaching and learning in alignment with the philosophical and implementation standards of the program. This position plays a critical role in the collaborative planning process, ensuring that pedagogical discussions are facilitated, information is shared effectively, and the program is collaboratively planned, taught, and assessed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Teaching certification, and educational leadership/management training
• At least 2 years of senior or middle leadership experience in a comparable setting
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with IB teaching is preferred but not essential
