The Role:

The Primary-Inclusion Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that ensure outstanding student learning in accordance with the IB/PYP framework. This role includes supporting the inclusion of students with varied learning needs through the development and implementation of individualized learning plans, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with teachers and parents to help all students reach their full potential. The teacher will focus on providing well-resourced lessons while promoting every child's right to learn by creating a nurturing yet challenging environment. Building strong relationships not only with students but also with the entire school community and beyond will be essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence in lesson delivery and contribute to enhancing children's confidence and self-esteem.

Requirements:

- Teaching qualification in Special Education & Inclusion.
- Valid American Teaching License, PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience with students who have diverse learning needs, preferably within an IB school.
- A professional commitment to the successful execution of an enriched IB/PYP curriculum.
- Proficiency in IT skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for promoting sports through extracurricular activities and competitions.
- A robust work ethic and a readiness to contribute to the overall welfare of the school.
