KG Class Teacher -Early Years Educator
About This Role
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an exceptional KG Class Teacher to join our team starting on 18-08-2025. The Role:
The KG Class Teacher will design and implement lessons that ensure exceptional student learning through various teaching methods, including individual, small group, and classroom instruction, in alignment with the IB/PYP (Early Years) framework. The ideal candidate will have a warm and engaging personality. They will focus on delivering well-resourced lessons and fostering an environment that supports each child's right to learn while also providing appropriate challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and the community are essential. The ideal teacher will confidently deliver lessons across core subjects and help enhance children's confidence and self-esteem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum content, upholding exceptional teaching and assessment standards.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom that supports students' right to learn.
- Develop differentiated lessons that cater to diverse student needs, particularly within the IB framework.
- Collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the overall welfare of the school community.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Years Education, Childhood Studies, or related fields;
- Valid Bachelor of Education, PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, American Teaching License, or SACE;
- At least 2 years of proven teaching experience, preferably within an IB school;
- Demonstrated history of achieving outstanding results;
- Professional commitment to the effective implementation of an enriched IB/PYP curriculum;
- High level of IT skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and peers;
- Willingness to engage in extracurricular activities;
- Strong work ethic and dedication to the overall welfare of the school.
