Head of Arabic Language A - September 2024
About This Role
We are seeking a Head of Arabic Language A to join our team in September 2024. This role will support the CEO, Principals, and Vice Principal for Arabic Language in developing a vision and strategy for the subject, establishing high expectations with a strong emphasis on student success and progress.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining aims and objectives for the Arabic Language program and in contributing to the School Development Plan. Additionally, they will assist the CEO, Principals, and Vice Principal for Arabic in conducting self-reviews and evaluations, as well as in the strategic planning and management of resources to drive improvements.
Leadership will be anchored in the Academy’s Mission, Vision, and Values, guiding all decision-making processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a leadership role, with a background in teaching Arabic Language
• Teacher qualification certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
