The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate Early Years Teacher who recognizes the significance of learning through play, with an anticipated start date in August 2025. This role is crucial for inspiring young minds and nurturing a love for learning among our Early Years students, utilizing continuous provision to promote their growth and development.

The School
Cheltenham Muscat, which commenced operations in September 2021, is Oman’s premier British school for children aged 3 to 18. Situated on an exceptional state-of-the-art campus, both students and educators at Cheltenham Muscat enjoy world-class facilities for academic and extracurricular pursuits, bolstered by strong support from our partner institution, Cheltenham College, which has a long-standing history of delivering outstanding education for over 180 years.

The Person
We are searching for an individual who will:
- Design and execute engaging activities that encourage learning through play, nurturing children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Establish a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel empowered to explore and learn.
- Grasp and apply the concept of continuous provision, ensuring that resources are readily accessible to aid children’s learning and development throughout the day.
- Collaborate closely with fellow teaching staff, including assistants and specialists, to plan, assess, and modify teaching strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Regularly observe and evaluate children’s progress, offering feedback to parents and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
- Actively participate as a member of the teaching team, contributing to meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, including a willingness to go above and beyond as needed.

Please note that candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience to qualify for a work permit to teach in Oman.
