We are in search of a skilled and passionate Whole School PE Teacher - Outdoor and Adventurous Activities Lead to join our accomplished PE and Sports team. This position involves delivering exceptional Physical Education instruction throughout the entire school (KS1–KS4) with a focus on Outdoor and Adventurous Activities (OAA).

We desire an experienced Whole School PE Teacher - Outdoor and Adventurous Activities Lead who possesses a deep enthusiasm for the subject and a comprehensive understanding of it. The chosen candidate should be adept at teaching students with diverse abilities and should have a proven history of achieving exemplary outcomes in both physical and academic growth. To further enhance our sports program, we seek a professional with expertise in athletics, netball, and cheerleading.

JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be skilled and experienced in teaching Physical Education and Leading Outdoor Education, which is fundamental to our ecological and sustainability principles, assisting students in developing healthy, active lifestyles while fostering resilience, teamwork, and a profound connection to the natural environment.

You will oversee and implement the Duke of Edinburgh International Award and contribute to a vibrant enrichment and sports program.

As a school known for its dynamic and inclusive sports culture, this role carries an expectation of active involvement in our extra-curricular program, which includes coaching Primary and Secondary teams, supporting fixtures and competitions, and encouraging participation and performance across the school community.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Native-level proficiency in English

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field, along with a PGCE in Education with QTS or an equivalent qualification

• At least 3 years of experience teaching physical education in the UK or at a reputable British school abroad

• A proven record of exceptional teaching and learning, with the ability to foster a caring and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Remuneration: A competitive tax-free salary package will be offered in line with the school’s policies and UAE labor regulations.
