ROLE

We are in search of a Lower Secondary Science teacher who is passionate about incorporating STEM-related projects into their teaching practice.

Start date: August 2026.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A robust academic foundation in Science or a related discipline (Biology, Physics, Chemistry).

• Prior experience in educational environments.

• Strong ICT competencies, capable of delivering dynamic and engaging practical lessons.

• Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum for Lower Secondary and iGCSE.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with a willingness to learn Portuguese (if not already proficient).

• The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-curricular teaching environment.

• A proactive mindset and attentiveness to motivate and engage students.

• Strong classroom management capabilities.

• Commitment to effectively monitor individual student needs, progress, and development.
