About This Role

Dove Green Private School (DGPS) proudly stands as a British community school, providing a unique educational journey in the vibrant Dubai Investment Park, close to the Expo 2020 venue. Our British educational principles focus on respect, tolerance, inclusivity, and a dedication to academic excellence, nurturing well-rounded individuals with a global perspective. We strive to create an atmosphere that honors the rich heritage of British education while embracing a worldwide outlook. Our secondary school has recently celebrated impressive iGCSE results and is set to launch its Sixth Form in August 2026. As we transition into our new building equipped with outstanding facilities, we continue to exemplify educational excellence, embodying the values of a joyful, nurturing, and inclusive community school. We offer an innovative and forward-thinking education that extends beyond traditional boundaries. As the first UK curriculum institution in the region, DGPS has established itself as a pioneer in educational innovation while upholding its community spirit and addressing the needs of Dubai's rapidly evolving southern sector.

We seek passionate, compassionate, and understanding educators who can teach, guide, and enhance our GCSE and forthcoming A-Level and BTEC programs, becoming integral members of a thriving community school recognized for its rapid growth in reputation. In this pivotal role within our newly expanded team, you will help ensure that the British ethos infuses all dimensions of our educational framework, fostering an environment where students not only excel academically but also cultivate a global mindset in line with the Dubai Education 33 strategy (E33). This strategy aspires to offer every student a world-class education that adheres to the highest global standards and is rooted in Emirati values. E33 values the rich multiculturalism that characterizes Dubai, ensuring that heritage and diversity remain core components of the learning experience.

Candidates must be dedicated to engaging with the local community and finding innovative ways to involve parents, building effective partnerships with them. The ideal applicant will resonate with DGPS's core values and ethos, contributing to a community that harmonizes the best of British education and E33 while preparing students for success in a swiftly changing world, showcasing a genuine understanding and respect for the region's values. Above all, we are in search of insightful, motivated, and approachable educators who are dedicated to fostering a culture of successful collaboration and progressive learning, aligning with our vision of learning together and growing together.

Parent feedback encapsulates our ethos perfectly: "Teachers know my child; they don’t need to look at their laptop to tell me about their progress. That is the most amazing thing. Love the school and the teachers!”

If you are eager to join a high-achieving, happy, caring, and inclusive school with opportunities for professional growth, we would love to hear from you. A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a ‘can do’ spirit are vital.
